When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. 

Some items are fulfilled through PRINTFUL, please check their website for shipping policies and wait times. Made-to-order items are shipped separately.

 

What is your refund policy?

Do you restock items?
We do our best to restock in-demand items and styles. You can request a restock by emailing us here, with the style name. 

 

Where is your company based?
Keke Comfort is proudly based out of Hamilton, Ontario. 

 

There is a problem with my order, what should I do? 
Please send us an email explaining the situation and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 

 

Can I order items for local pick-up? 

Yes. You can order online and pick-up your items locally. If you decide to do local pick-up please send us a request through our contact form, with your order information so that we can plan a pick-up date and time. 

 

Can I purchase items directly from the company location? 

If you see something you would want to purchase right on the spot, please connect with us through our contact form, and we can do our best to have you pay and pick-up locally. 

 

My package never came. What do I do?
If your order was never delivered or was delivered to the wrong address you will NOT receive a refund from us. Please contact Canada Post with your tracking information. Please do not contact us if your item has been lost in the mail and you have not first contacted Canada Post.
